Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature
Le Blanc de Noirs Nature est issu des Coteaux Sud d’Épernay et de la Vallée de Marne. Ce vin se construit tout naturellement autour du fruit délicate du Meunier, de la vinosité du Pinot Noir et de la fraîcheur minérale de notre Terroir.
Pratiques culturales : Vignes cultivées dans le respect du vivant. Âge moyen de 30 ans.
Assemblage : 50% Pinot Noir et 50% Pinot Meunier. Dont 50% de vins de réserve des années antérieures conservés en barriques.
Vinification : Raisins cueillis à maturité optimum. pressurage traditionnel • Fermentation alcoolique en petits foudres et en barriques • Bâtonnages réguliers • Usage minime de sulfites • Fermentation malo-lactique réalisée • Élevage sur lies fines pendant 6 mois puis mise en bouteille.
Dosage : Dégorgement à la volée. Non dosé.
