Alban Corbeaux, took over in 2017 the Pierre Deville family estate located in Verzy (Grand Cru), in the heart of the Montagne de Reims and embodies the 4th generation of winegrowers. He decided to work his vines (5 hectares of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) in organic farming, then to vinify as naturally as possible. The wines ferment with indigenous yeasts and the use of sulfur is strictly limited. His champagnes are not or only slightly dosed, plot-by-plot and vintage.
