Richard Fouquet was 18 years old when he returned to the family estate in Cramant in 1993. He was joined by his wife, Karine, an oenologist, in 2012.

The vineyard, managed using sustainable agriculture, is located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, with very beautiful plots on the prestigious terroirs of Cramant, Chouilly and Mardeuil. It cultivates 3 hectares, mainly planted with Chardonnays, for a rather confidential production not exceeding 30,000 bottles/year. This purist, committed to a strong approach to preserving his environment, rigorously develops precise and refined Champagnes, as close as possible to their terroir, brilliantly combining tradition and modernity.
