Article 1 – Delivery Areas
We deliver our products exclusively to the following countries: France, the European Union, and Switzerland. Please note that the delivery of alcoholic beverages may be subject to local restrictions in certain countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the laws and regulations of their country or region regarding the receipt of alcoholic products.
Article 2 – Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. We aim to deliver orders within 1 to 3 business days for deliveries within France and 3 to 7 business days for international deliveries. These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and do not take into account possible delays caused by customs clearance or logistical constraints. In the event of a delivery delay, tracking information will be provided to keep you informed of your shipment’s status.
Article 3 – Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the delivery destination, and the selected carrier. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping offers may be available depending on the order amount or during specific promotional periods. Shipping is free for orders over €250 for France and over €500 for the EU.
Article 4 – Delivery Methods
Orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Reims and Épernay. We work with the best carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery of your products.
Home Delivery
The package will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order. It is important to verify that the address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or loss. In the event of an error in the address provided by the customer, the additional costs associated with reshipping will be borne by the customer.
Delivery to a Pickup Point
If this option is available, the customer can choose a pickup point to collect their package. The package will remain available at the pickup point for a certain number of days (specified by the carrier). After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Order Storage and Consolidation
To help customers reach the minimum order value for free shipping, we offer, upon request, the storage and consolidation of multiple orders for a maximum period of 60 days. Orders will be shipped in a single shipment as soon as the minimum order amount or free shipping threshold is met, or at the customer's request before the storage period expires.
To ensure the quality of the wines during transport, we also reserve the right to adjust the shipping date based on weather conditions and outside temperatures, particularly during periods of extreme heat or frost. This precaution aims to guarantee delivery in the best possible storage conditions.
Article 5 – Age Verification Upon Delivery
In accordance with applicable regulations, the delivery of alcoholic products is strictly limited to adults (18 years and over in France, or the legal drinking age in your country of residence). The carrier may request proof of identity upon delivery to verify the buyer’s age. If there is any doubt or if valid identification is not presented, delivery may be refused and the order returned. In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Article 6 – Receipt of Products
Upon receipt of the order, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the delivered products and to immediately report any visible damage to both the carrier and our customer service team at hello@succul.fr. If the parcel appears to have been damaged during transit, we recommend refusing delivery and notifying us as soon as possible so we can address the issue and arrange a replacement shipment.
Article 7 – Absence at the Time of Delivery
If you are absent at the time of home delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from a nearby pickup point or depot. If the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier, it will be returned to our warehouse. Any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Article 8 – Delivery Delays
In the event of a delivery delay, we will keep you informed of your order’s status and contact the carrier to determine the cause. If the delay exceeds 30 days beyond the expected delivery date, you may cancel your order and request a full refund. Please note that this does not apply in cases of force majeure or delays caused by customs clearance for international deliveries.
Article 9 – International Delivery and Customs Duties
For international deliveries, customs duties and taxes may be applied by the local authorities of the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the customs authorities or the carrier, where applicable. We recommend checking potential customs fees before placing your order, as they vary depending on the destination country.
Article 10 – Order Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
Article 11 – Delivery Issues or Missing Parcels
If you notice any issue with your delivery or if you have not received your parcel within the indicated timeframe, please contact our customer service team at hello@succul.fr, specifying your order number. We are committed to processing your request promptly and finding a satisfactory solution.
