An estate guided by a passion for wine, vines, and all things living
Driven by a desire to foster the life and expression of the terroir, Alexandre Lamblot practices natural, agroecological, and artisanal viticulture. The vines are tended using a mobile chicken coop, within a vitiforestry framework, without chemical fertilizers or insecticides, and with French organic amendments. The work follows the lunar rhythms, from manual pruning to green harvesting, including braiding and trellising.
The soil is worked with lightweight machinery, and treatments are organic (sulfur, low copper), enriched with essential oils to limit doses.
The harvest is manual, in crates, with vinification by plot and by grape variety, using indigenous yeasts, without chaptalization or additives. Fermentation and aging take place in 228 to 600L barrels and sometimes in stoneware jars, always respecting the lunar cycles. No fining or filtration is used.
Packaging is designed with a local and sustainable approach: regional bottles, Reims corks, recycled paper labels, and 100% recyclable vegetable-based cardboard boxes with staples instead of tape. Manual riddling, followed by disgorging without sulfur or sugar, completes this consistent, vibrant, and respectful approach.
