Located in Polisot, in the Côte des Bar, Domaine Petit Clergeot was born under the impetus of Paul-Bastien Clergeot who created his own wine cellar in 2017.
The vineyard owned has a total surface area of 8 hectares spread over the following municipalities: Polisot, Balnot-sur-Laignes, The Riceys, Montgueux. Paul-Bastien immediately addressed the principles of organic farming and the certification of the entire vineyard in 2020.
Its production philosophy can be summed up as follows: “1 Plot, 1 Grape Variety and 1 Year”.
