He has the particularity of harvesting his grapes plot by plot. Each plot is harvested, pressed and stored separately. This gives him a wide range of wines that he carefully blends to produce precise champagnes that fully reflect his terroir. Meunier is the DNA of the family estate, the King of his land (80% of the vineyard), it is his heart grape variety.
