Pascal & Ambroise Agrapart
Grower-Producer (no purchased grapes) in the Côte des Blancs in Avize.
The 12-hectare vineyard is primarily planted with Chardonnay grapes in Grand Cru vineyards. The white grapes are harvested and pressed by hand.
The winemaking approach is natural. The vineyard soils have always been cultivated by tilling, and each year a compost of local ingredients is applied to the vines. The biological activity of the soils promotes the health and productivity of the vineyard.
The Champagne wines are neither fined nor filtered. Bottling takes place at the estate, and riddling is done by hand.
