Plural: Adjective - Composed of multiple elements
Patis Pluriel is the story of a Champagne born from the encounter between tradition, innovation, and artistic sensibility. Nestled on the right bank of the Marne Valley, the estate cultivates 11 hectares of vines spread across Cuchery, Dormans, and Hautvillers. Rich and complementary terroirs, ideally suited to Meunier, the house's signature grape variety.
At its helm is Valentin Patis, a fifth-generation winemaker, embodying a new vision: to create Champagnes that are precise, unique, and profoundly vibrant. Each cuvée is conceived as a sensory experience, the result of meticulous work, respect for nature, and a strong taste for experimentation.
Patis Pluriel also embodies a resolutely modern approach: minimal winemaking, regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices, collaborations with contemporary designers and architects… Every aspect of the estate, from the cellars to the label, reflects a commitment to craftsmanship and a quest for harmony between nature, art, and innovation.
A pluralistic Champagne house, in the truest sense of the word: multifaceted, open, and dynamic—faithful to its heritage, yet looking towards the future.
The first vintage was released in 2022 with the cuvées Corps Simple and Les Sèves, symbols of this multifaceted approach blending purity, emotion, and identity.
