Champagne Fleury

In Courteron, at the heart of the Côte des Bar, the Fleury family has been cultivating vines since 1895. Today, the estate is run by the fourth generation — Morgane, Jean-Sébastien and Benoît — and has become a leading name in biodynamic viticulture in Champagne.

As early as 1989, Jean-Pierre Fleury began converting the vineyard to biodynamic farming, making Fleury one of the great pioneers of this approach in Champagne. Today, the estate farms 15 hectares on the clay-limestone slopes of Kimmeridgian soils, with a predominance of Pinot Noir.

This philosophy continues to evolve with the new generation: horse-drawn soil work, agroforestry, cover crops, biodiversity preservation and the revival of forgotten grape varieties all reflect an ongoing exploration of living systems and terroir.

Characterful, precise Champagnes deeply rooted in their Côte des Bar terroir, making Fleury an essential name in Champagne.
