- Historique : La première cuvée biodynamique de Champagne. L’Europe des 12 s’éveille en 1992 et donne nom à cette ouverture. L’assemblage de Chardonnay, aérien, floral, apporte une élégance particulière à ce Champagne à dominante Pinot noir. L’absence de dosage offre une belle sapidité.
