MILLÉSIMÉ - CHAMPAGNE EXTRA BRUT
Assemblage et vinification : Pinot Noir 80%, Chardonnay 20%. Vieilles vignes : 30 ans. Pressoir traditionnel champenois. Vinification : Pinot noir 60% en cuves thermorégulées, 40% en fûts de chêne. Fermentation malo-lactique faite en majorité. Prise de mousse sous liège avec agrafe. Dosage : 4 g/L
Dégustation : Le nez est très riche et exhale des parfums de miel, de torréfaction, avec un côté beurré, soutenu par une note fumée. L’attaque en bouche est vive avec des arômes d’agrumes confits et une belle minéralité. En bouche, la finale développe des notes épicées.
Température de service : Entre 10 et 12°
Potentiel de garde : 5 à 10 ans
