Intense par nature, elle met en valeur une diversité de terroirs et d'années de récolte qui lui confèrent équilibre, structure et complexité aromatique. Une cuvée passionnelle alliant avec brio l’éclat du chardonnay et la maturité des grands vins de Champagne.

- Viticulture respectueuse de l’environnement (travail mécanique des sols, engrais et traitements biologiques, aromathérapie, principes biodynamiques)
EN CUVERIE ET EN CAVE
- Récoltes : 50% de vins de l'année (un seul terroir Grand Cru) et 50% de vins issus d'une réserve perpétuelle initiée en 2013
- Vinification : Cuvées uniquement (1ères presses), fermentation alcoolique à 17°C, fermentation malolactique, élevage sur lies fines pendant 10 mois en cuve et fût de chêne, clarification naturelle sans collage ni filtration
- Tirage : Juillet 2019
- Vieillissement : 4 ans sur latte minimum
- Dosage : 2 g / litre (EXTRA-BRUT)
