“Les Vignes de Montigny” is produced from two plots on the southern slopes of Montigny sous Châtillon, the places called “Les Grillons” and “Les Vignes de la haie benoit”. The exposure is due south on sand and marl, a mixture of clay and limestone. The plots are composed of young Pinot Noir (15 years old) and old Meunier vines (50 years old).
