• Vinification in Barrel : 100% vinified in 228 liter oak barrels
• Aging : on lees for 9 months, stirring just after the end of AF
• Maturation : 7 years in chalk cellars
• Dosage : 3 g/L

• To the eye, the dress is deep gold.
