The “Les Horizons” cuvée is made predominantly from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. Each year, the blend is composed in proportions based directly on tastings, the winemaker’s intuition, and the influences of the current vintage. The wine is mainly composed of vineyards from Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Vertus, Cuis, and Étréchy, as well as Chardonnays from Vitryat. This cuvée is representative of the diversity of the vineyards, soil profiles, and subsoils (and thus each of their horizons).
