Original is a blend of the OGER terroir, Grand Cru: 17 plots from the top of the hillside to the plain are necessary. And also a blend of the year: integrating on average 40% of reserve wines aged in barrels and tuns. 100% Chardonnay. Indigenous yeasts, low in sulfites, unfiltered, unfined.
