Vauversin - Ordage

Ordage is a perpetual reserve first vinified in 600L barrels for 8 months then assembled in 25 hL tuns for aging for several years in the cellar. 1/3 of the volume is taken each year to be bottled. 100% Chardonnay. Indigenous yeasts, low in sulfites, unfiltered, unfined.
