Vauversin - Aubeline 2021

Aubeline , my great-grandmother's first name, is a blend from the OGER terroir, Grand Cru: 17 plots from the top of the hillside to the plain are necessary. And also a blend of the year: integrating on average 40% of reserve wines aged in barrels and tuns. Indigenous yeasts, low in sulfites, unfiltered, unfined.
