Chardonnay from the Lieu dit Les Crayères planted in 1954. Located in the plain, late sector (last day of harvest). Very light soil with white chalk outcropping, hence the name of the place. Vinification on lees in 300L barrels of intermediate age (8-10 years), indigenous yeasts, without added sulfites, unfiltered, unfined.
