“Insouciance” is a blended rosé made from our “Invitation” vintage enriched with Chardonnay.
The red wine comes from old Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines from the Ludes terroir. We produce an elegant and seductive rosé that can be consumed on all occasions, without restraint, in the "carelessness" of the present moment...
Blend : 30% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier
Aging : 18 months on slats
Dosage : 4 g/L
Tasting : Fresh nose with notes of citrus and red fruits. The palate is airy, light, fresh and delicate.
Seductive as an aperitif, this vintage will also find its place on a bitter chocolate fondant accompanied by candied grapefruit peel.
