Huré Frères - Mémoire NV

The cuvee
Huré Frères - Mémoire NV
A crazy story... about wine. A blend of more than 30 vintages kept in solera, including one year in tuns to refine the aging.
This is a faithful illustration of our house's know-how over time. A true "postcard" of the Domaine, this vintage is made up of all of our terroirs, respecting the proportion of each grape variety as they are planted.
Assembly :
- 10% Chardonnay - Montagne de Reims and Vitryat
- 45% Pinot Meunier - Montagne de Reims
- 45% Pinot Noir - Montagne de Reims.
Soléra : started in 1982
Dosage : 2 g/L
Tasting : This wine is open on the nose (fresh hazelnut, mirabelle plum) but still has a lot of freshness and energy.
A straight and very pure mouth reveals all the potential of the Champagne terroirs after long years of aging.
Pairing : A gastronomic wine, it will pair perfectly with fish such as turbot, or even veal escalopes.
