The cuvee
Huré Frères - Instantanée 2014
This Instantanée cuvée is a vintage champagne that we produce every year in order to "take a picture" of the year and bottle it. This champagne highlights the unique character of each year associated with the work of the winemaker and the winemaker. We could also call it " Instant-Année ".
A blend of three grape varieties from the terroirs of Ludes, Ville-Dommange, Rilly-la-Montagne and Brouillet, this vintage ages for six years in our cellars.
Blend : 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier
Aging : 6 years on slats
Dosage : 3 g/L
Tasting : A fine nose with notes of yellow fruits and citrus fruits. The palate is balanced, rich, with a long finish.
A champagne wine combining elegance and richness, it will suit lovers of Champagne and gastronomy.
