Reserve Cuvée
A blended Champagne par excellence, this Brut Invitation is composed of 3 Champagne grape varieties from the Terroirs of the Montagne de Reims: Ludes and Ville-Dommange and Vitryat: Vavray Le Grand.
To ensure style and continuity, it is also assembled from several years of harvests in the form of reserve wine preserved according to the Solera principle.
This Champagne, the introduction to the range, is a fresh invitation to pleasure and conviviality.
Blend : 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier.
Reserve wine : from 25 to 40%, depending on the year
Aging on slats : 30 to 36 months.
Dosage : 4 g/L
Tasting : A champagne with aromas of ripe fruit, mirabelle plum and some notes of toast. The palate is balanced, supple and charming.
