HISTORY
A family story for over 50 years, a passion shared by brothers, values passed on to the new generation: Champagne Huré Brothers, led by Raoul Huré and his two sons – François and Pierre – is located at Ludes in the Mountain of Reims.

RESPECT FOR THE EARTH
“Convinced of the determining imprint of the terroir for a high-quality personalized champagne, we opt for cultural practices that respect the earth and the plants that grow there. Our viticulture is therefore thoughtful with the aim of promoting the subtle balance between the soil, the plant and the climate. Our objective is to preserve living soils that allow harmonious growth of the vine so that it produces healthy, ripe, balanced grapes. An essential guarantee of a quality champagne: ours!”
VINIFICATION
“Our approach to winemaking is an extension of the work carried out upstream in the vineyard. We want to preserve all the richness of the grapes: their fruitiness, their balance, their personality. We intervene very little in order to let the grapes express their full potential. The years follow one another and are not alike, we adapt to the conditions of the vintage; the harvest circuit is naturally defined according to the maturity of the grapes of each village and each plot. Our desire to produce champagnes with character leads us to vinify each village, each grape variety and each plot (when their size allows it) separately. The vinification of a multitude of terroirs is essential for us to guarantee the regularity, finesse and precision of our blends.”
“PRECISE, RIGOROUS AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR LAND.”
“In this same spirit of rigor, of consistency of our vintages, we have kept since our beginnings “reserve wines” which are the “ house memory ". These wines, kept in tuns and vats, are blended with the wines of the year according to the principle of solera. It is essentially in the Reserve vintage " Invitation » that we use this method. The aging on lees (or slats) of our Champagnes in our cellars corresponds to the refinement of our vintages before marketing. The duration and conditions of this aging also influence the quality of our wines. We strive to adjust the aging of each vintage according to its potential to offer you champagnes that are ready to be tasted when they are marketed. Thus the Brut Réserve « Invitation » will remain on average 3 years in our cellars, while the “ Instantaneous ” Selection will stay there for 6 years. All of these working methods added to each other are for us the key to our regularity and our identity.”
