Composed exclusively of Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs comes from the terroirs of Ludes and Rilly-la-Montagne.
“Inattendue / Unexpected” because the wines from the plots that we carefully select reveal a surprising aging potential, as well as an astonishing richness of aromas.
This vintage matures for 4 to 5 years in our cellars.
