Composed exclusively of Chardonnay, this Blanc de Blancs comes from the terroirs of Ludes and Rilly-la-Montagne.

“Inattendue / Unexpected” because the wines from the plots that we carefully select reveal a surprising aging potential, as well as an astonishing richness of aromas.
This vintage matures for 4 to 5 years in our cellars.

Blend : 100% Chardonnay
Aging : 4 to 5 years on slats
Dosage : 3 g/L
Tasting : This champagne reveals a beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of hawthorn and lemon.
A creamy, ample and balanced mouth ending on a fresh finish.

Charm and delicacy... This Champagne will be very appreciated as an aperitif and with cooked fish.
