- Blend : 50% Chardonnay - 50% Pinot Noir
- Dosage : 2 to 6 g/l
- Maturation : Aging on slats and on tips for 8 years.
On the nose, the wine opens with ripe fruits such as pear. A beautiful sensation of dried fruits, caramel. Rich aromas. This vintage presents an explosion of tastes and gourmet notes.
On the palate, a rich and pleasant acidity, fresh with notes of dried fruits (hazelnuts, almonds). A beautiful minerality coating the taste buds.
