Bansionensi expresses the true essence of Meunier. Bansionensi comes from the Latin name of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon, a village in the Belval Valley where the Meunier is king. A rigorous selection of very old vines planted on clay, limestone and flint brings the true expression of this grape variety that is Meunier.
- Blend : 100% Meunier
- Terroir : “Les Pierreuses” and “la Brusse”, plots of Bainsonois.
- Soils : Clay, limestone and flint
- Aging : Minimum 40 months on slats and tip, cork stopper and clip.
- Dosage : 1.5 g/l
