Little brother of the iconic champagne from Maison Taillet, the Extra Brut version reveals another facet, with a more accentuated and fresher vinous side.

• Blend : 100% Meunier including 30 to 40% reserve wines from a solera of at least 8 years.
• Dosage : 1 to 2.5 g/l
• Maturation : 2 years on slats and on points.

On the nose, notes of delicate yellow fruits are enhanced by a very nice freshness.
On the palate, the attack is fresh, fruity, then revealing a very beautiful maturity. A vinous champagne, of great complexity.
