Cette cuvée Millésimée n’est produite que dans les plus belles années. Elle se doit de refléter la vendange correspondante à son terroir.
À la dégustation le nez est complexe avec de légères notes toastées et de fruits jaunes. L’attaque est franche et bien équilibrée, ce vin présente une belle maturité avec une certaine rondeur, la finale est toute en fraîcheur et minéralité.
