"Pour réaliser notre Rosé d’assemblage nous souhaitons une expérience identitaire. Un Champagne d’une grande fraicheur, porté sur les fruits rouges frais. Avec une certaine profondeur et complexité. C’est pourquoi nous assemblons une grande proportion de Chardonnay avec nos vins rouges de Pinot Noir. Pour la couleur nous avons fait le choix d’un Rosé clair à la robe or rose pale. Tout cela nous permet d’offrir une cuvée de Champagne combinant complexité et plaisir !"
À la dégustation, la mousse est fine et persistante. Le nez est délicat, avec des notes de petits fruits rouges. Attaque franche et fruitée. Finale onctueuse.
