C’est la cuvée la plus représentative du domaine puisqu’elle est le reflet du vignoble d’Ambonnay, de la diversité des terroirs et des deux cépages.
Cette cuvée est remarquée pour sa grande expression au nez avec des arômes de fruits jaunes (pomme, poire et prune). La bouche est puissante, expressive, soyeuse, ronde et équilibrée par une pointe citronnée. La finale est toute en fraicheur et en longueur.
