Le Clos de Cumières est un vignoble historique dont les origines remontent aux XVIIIᵉ et XIXᵉ siècles, sans doute l’un des plus anciens clos de Champagne. Ce jardin de vignes, d’une superficie de 0,54 hectare, fut replanté en 1964 et 1965 avec une sélection massale de Chardonnay et de Pinot Noir, perpétuant ainsi la mémoire vivante du terroir. Véritable joyau de la Maison, ce millésime incarne une harmonie profonde entre l’homme et la nature. Guidée par les cycles planétaires et les rythmes naturels, la vinification révèle une texture soyeuse, une complexité aromatique subtile et une émotion sincère. Élevé en cuve inox puis affiné longuement en cave, ce champagne traduit avec pureté l’essence du terroir et la philosophie biodynamique d’Hervé Jestin. Cuvée rare et confidentielle, elle s’adresse aux amateurs éclairés en quête de champagnes d’âme, porteurs de lieu et de lumière.
