Bright dress of a beautiful light gold. Effervescence of great finesse.
Pure and fresh nose developing with finesse and subtle roasting notes.
On the palate, the frank attack is mineral.
It reveals a balanced and powerful wine with a beautiful juicy substance with concentrated notes of red fruits and wild flowers: wild strawberries, blackberries, violets... becoming more complex with aeration with delicate spicy aromas with pastry accents.
The finish is long, deep and generous.
The strong personality of this vintage guarantees great potential for development.

Nez pur et frais se développant tout en finesse avec de subtiles notes de torréfaction.
En bouche, l’attaque franche est minérale.
Elle révèle un vin équilibré et puissant avec une belle matière juteuse aux notes concentrées de fruits rouges et de fleurs sauvages : fraises des bois, mûres, violettes... se complexifiant à l’aération avec de délicats arômes épicés aux accents pâtissiers.
La finale est longue, profonde et généreuse.
La personnalité bien trempée de cette cuvée est garante d’un beau potentiel d’évolution.

Thomas Herbert and Marie-Charlotte Mignucci crafted their first wines from the estate's 3 hectares and the finest grapes from their plots in Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes, Trois-Puits, Verzenay and Mailly.

All their wines are vinified exclusively in Burgundy barrels. No bottle leaves the cellar before spending at least three years on its lees. Their approach is committed: ethical, respectful of the soil, and free from chemicals.

Herbert & Co. is the story of two wine enthusiasts who dreamed of taking over the family estate and who now dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to creating precise, elegant, and concentrated wines.
