Champagne Herbert & Co
Thomas Herbert and Marie-Charlotte Mignucci crafted their first wines from the estate's 3 hectares and the finest grapes from their plots in Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes, Trois-Puits, Verzenay and Mailly.
All their wines are vinified exclusively in Burgundy barrels. No bottle leaves the cellar before spending at least three years on its lees. Their approach is committed: ethical, respectful of the soil, and free from chemicals.
Herbert & Co. is the story of two wine enthusiasts who dreamed of taking over the family estate and who now dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to creating precise, elegant, and concentrated wines.
