Plot : Lieu-dit "Les Grandes Voyettes" divided into three: 11.23 ares of Chardonnay (planted in 2013), 11.23 ares of Pinot Noir (1953), 22.5 ares of Pinot Noir (1991) for a total area of 44.96 ares
Viticulture : Without herbicide or insecticide. Grassing and soil work. Reasoned phytosanitary control
Vinification : Alcoholic fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Bottling without filtration or cold storage. A slight deposit may form, it does not affect the quality of the wine in any way.
