- Viticulture : Without herbicide or insecticide. Grassing and soil work. Reasoned phytosanitary control
- Vinification : Harvesting of the bunches at full maturity. Crushing, destemming of the grapes followed by cold maceration of the berries for 24 hours. The juice thus colored is put into barrels to carry out alcoholic fermentation and 10 months of aging in oak barrels. Bottled without filtration or cold storage. A slight deposit may form, it does not alter the quality of the wine in any way.
