• Plot : Place called "Le Moulin"
• Grape variety : Chardonnay, planted in 1972
• Area : 5.72 ares
• Viticulture : Without herbicide or insecticide. Grassing and soil work. Reasoned phytosanitary control
• Vinification : Pressing, followed by 24 hours of settling. Put into barrels for alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and aging for 20 months. Bottling without filtration. A slight deposit may form, it does not affect the quality of the wine in any way.
