Domaine Jeaunaux-Robin is located on the edge of the Petit Morin Valley, bordering the Sézanne region, with its distinctive soils composed of flint and millstone. Cyril Jeaunaux and his wife Clémence represent the third generation of winemakers at the Domaine, since 1964. They currently cultivate 8.7 hectares of vines (averaging 35-40 years old) across three grape varieties, with Pinot Meunier (51%) being the majority. Since 2006, Clémence and Cyril have worked with respect for their environment, having stopped using synthetic products and favoring tilling and cover cropping. They harvested their first certified organic vintage in 2018. The grapes are treated with the utmost care: Coquard vertical pressing and indigenous fermentations allow the terroir to fully express itself. Vinification and aging take place in stainless steel tanks (75%) and oak barrels (25%).
