Color: Golden with light green highlights. Fine bubbles
Nose: First aromatic nose: grapefruit, almond, biscuit, pear… then mineral, peppery and even spicy notes.
Palate: Sharp, taut with beautiful tonicity. The acidity sets the pace: purity and precision. The finish is long with chalky, mineral and even saline sensations, typical of our terroir.
