Color: Gold with very active and continuous bubble trains.
Nose: Seductive and classic. A mixture of wheat, biscuit, pear… then mineral and woody notes give it a fairly complex nose.
Palate: A lively, firm and slender attack with a hint of acidity. Notes of grapefruit and their slight bitterness blend with its minerality. A long and slightly chalky finish.
