Vinification and aging in stainless steel vats. Bottling in July 2012.

Storage potential: 10 to 30 years
Serving temperature: 9 to 10°C
Color: Golden with light green highlights.
Nose: First summery nose: white fruits, grilled almonds… Then more expression: lemon, bread, pastries accompany the mineral notes.
Palate: Sharp and slender. Beautiful vinosity with a smooth and silky texture. Long and mineral finish, clean with a saline note.
Dosage: 3 g/l
