Émilien Allouchery is the fourth generation of winemakers at the family estate of Champagne Allouchery-Perseval, located in Écueil, in the Petite Montagne de Reims region. The estate comprises 8 hectares of vines, primarily planted with Pinot Noir. Natural fermentations, careful aging, and respect for biodiversity result in elegant and precise champagnes, crafted by the new generation of Champagne producers.
