Émilien Allouchery is the fourth generation of winemakers at the family estate of Champagne Allouchery-Perseval, located in Écueil, in the Petite Montagne de Reims region. The estate comprises 8 hectares of vines, primarily planted with Pinot Noir. Natural fermentations, careful aging, and respect for biodiversity result in elegant and precise champagnes, crafted by the new generation of Champagne producers.

All our champagnes are offered for sale after a post-disgorgement rest period of at least 6 months to 1 year. This period is essential for the balance of the wine and its full aromatic expression.
