Comptoir Ce/dra • Wines from Champagne
Based in Reims, Comptoir Ce/dra is a micro négociant founded by Alexandra Doillon and Cédric Jardin. Launched in 2022, the project explores another side of the Champagne wine region through Coteaux Champenois made from grapes sourced from different terroirs and from grower friends, including Diane Jacquinet, Bertrand Delespierre, Huré Frères, Tom Gauditiabois, Paul Gosset and many others...
A different vision of Champagne
Without owning its own vineyards, Alexandra and Cédric select grapes from growers who share their vision of wine. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier are crafted with an artisanal, low-intervention approach. In the cellar, winemaking focuses on simplicity: no fining or filtration, with ageing in 228-litre oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks, depending on the cuvée. Through Le Tranquille, Le Rouge and Vallée, Comptoir Ce/dra offers fine, free-spirited and distinctive wines that highlight the freshness, texture and expression of Champagne’s terroirs — without the bubbles.
