Champagne Bonnet-Gilmert is a family estate located in Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, renowned for its 100% Chardonnay champagnes made exclusively from Grand Cru vineyards. Founded in 1910 by Émile Gilmert, the house adopted its current name in the 1950s following the marriage of Colette Gilmert and Robert Bonnet. Today, Aude Vauban and Carla Bonnet, representing the fifth generation, perpetuate this ancestral expertise.
The estate cultivates 7 hectares of vines spread around Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Avize, prioritizing sustainable viticulture and certified High Environmental Value (HVE). The champagnes are vinified in oak barrels and aged in the cellars for a minimum of three years, with some cuvées reaching up to ten years of maturation. Among the emblematic vintages, the "Précieuse d’Ambroise" pays homage to their ancestor, produced using a method inspired by the Solera, offering a remarkable aromatic complexity.
