The Cuvée de Réserve Extra Brut "L'Extra" is composed of 100% Chardonnay, classified as a Grand Cru. This cuvée comes from the famous and unique terroir of the Côte des Blancs.
Aged for at least 3 years in our cellars and produced in Extra Brut, i.e. less than 6g of sugar/L. The low dosage of this vintage provides perfect balance and a lovely freshness.
With its delicacy and citrus aromas, this vintage can be enjoyed with unparalleled pleasure as an aperitif or accompanied by seafood.
