Bonnet-Gilmert - Précieuse d'Ambroise NV

The cuvee
Bonnet-Gilmert - Précieuse d'Ambroise NV
This 100% Chardonnay vintage is dedicated to our ancestor. Made from our oldest Grand Cru plots from the Côte des Blancs.
It is kept until maturity in oak barrels. Inspired by the Solera method, since 2006, at each bottling we take wine from the barrel and complete it with the harvest of the year. This brings a beautiful aromatic richness and an astonishing complexity.
Very lightly dosed, the aromas of almond and white peach can express themselves freely. An exceptional vintage, it can be enjoyed throughout a meal according to your convenience: Foie gras terrine with almond crumble, Filet mignon with parmesan, etc.
