Champagne Augustin: Biodynamics, Cœurviticulture and Living Champagnes

Champagne Augustin was born from a meeting between the vine, the soil that sustains it, the stars that influence it, and a constant attention to the living world. Each cuvée is conceived as an expression of a subtle balance between soil, plant, sky and human presence. The work carried out at the estate seeks to reveal the Champagne terroir in its most sincere and sensitive form. The domaine follows a biodynamic approach, regarded not simply as an agricultural practice, but as a true philosophy: a way of listening to nature, working in harmony with it, and caring for both the visible and invisible dimensions of the vineyard. This approach is extended through Cœurviticulture, a holistic vision of viticulture that places intention, sensitivity and awareness at the heart of every agricultural gesture. It is based on a deep relationship between people, plants and their environment, where observation, attentiveness and precision take precedence over systematic intervention. Every action is therefore considered as part of a coherent whole. Natural preparations made from plants, compost and horn manure are dynamised to stimulate the vitality of the soil and vines, encouraging a harmonious expression of the terroir. The estate's work is guided in particular by respect for lunar and cosmic rhythms, which are believed to influence sap flow, plant growth and grape quality, as well as by the development of rich and balanced biodiversity, where soil, plants, insects and microorganisms coexist in harmony. Through its Champagnes, Champagne Augustin seeks to convey a distinctive energy and vibration: living, precise wines that offer a sensitive and deeply committed interpretation of their terroir.
