The cuvee

Pierre Brocard - L’Égarée 2014

Vineyard: Clay-limestone soil / Kimmeridgian fault

Vintage: 2014

Aging on Latte: From 3 to 5 years

Breeding: 100% Oak Barrel

Tasting: The aromatic balance of this vintage comes first of all from the 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also from the passage in barrels of several wines. An intense aromatic palette where the wine is free to express itself, easy to drink, dominated by coriander, vanilla and the delicate woodiness brought by a medium toasting of the oak barrel.

Food / Wine pairing: A simple omelette with a little truffle

Dosage: 0 g/L – Brut nature

Blend: 50% Pinot Noir 50% Chardonnay

Appearance : A bubble that reminds you that this Champagne is here to celebrate the greatest moments. A fine and elegant bubble that just asks to foam.

Pierre Brocard's opinion: "A brut nature to allow the maturity of a beautiful vintage to express itself at its best with a tiny quantity of sulfur added during vinification."
